Watch Yammer
Connect to Yammer to download any new video file (from specific group/topic/thread) that was added since app launch or ‘Restart’..
Download Existing Files
Download all already existing files from Yammer (from specific group/topic/thread) on app launch if these files don’t exists inside of the Connection Folder already
* All workflows that have files with incorrect suffixes (_PS-F, _PS-R, _ERROR01, etc.) on startup or after ‘Restart’ button use will be color-marked with Red color. You can see all directories with incorrect suffixes files by double-click on row header cell
* If Connection Folder wasn’t set, workflow will be marked with Indian Red color
Connection Folder
(The operations below will be processed in described order. If you’ve passed by the first operation then you will not proceed to the next one. If you haven’t passed the first one – you will proceed to the next one)
Rename operations
– If you rename any .txt file to ‘spu-target’ – Connection File will be copied from neariest upper folder to current directory. If there is no Connection File to copy – the app will create a blank one
– You can mark Connection Folder as ‘No File Conversion’ by setting one of File Converter Folders to empty. In this case if you rename any file and give Process Complete Suffix to the end of it’s name – the file will be uploaded to the site
– If you rename any file and give Launch Suffix to the end of it’s name:
– If your file extension does not correspond to any of Accepted Video Extensions – file will be processed as ‘Additional Content’ and will be uploaded as Additional Content to all video files from current upload directory (only works for video files that exists both locally and on the server. If there is no name match – additional content will not be uploaded to such video files). Video files uploading are prioritizes, so if you trying to upload video file and additional content in short period of time, video will be uploaded first.
– If your file extension is corresponds to any of Accepted Video Formats – file will be copied to Video Converter Start Folder with file name formatted as Title. If ‘Before processing, mark the original file with a character’ was set, the original file will be marked with this character
Create operations
– If you create a .txt file with name ‘spu-target’ – Connection File will be copied from neariest upper folder to current directory. If there is no Connection File to copy – the app will create a blank one
– If your file has Process Complete Suffix:
– If folder is No File Conversion – upload the file
– If file extension is corresponds to any of Accepted Video Extensions – upload the file
– If folder is not for uploading only – file will be marked with Process Complete Suffix and ‘Rename operations’ stage (see above) will start processing
You can mark Connection Folder as ‘No File Conversion’ by setting one of File Converter Folders to empty

Process Existing Files
Perform workflow on existing files (migrations for directories already filled with files): run the process automatically for selected workflow without Launch Suffix set. All files from current directory (subfolders included) without any suffixes will be processed

– If your file extension is corresponds to any of Accepted Video Extensions and file name have Launch Suffix set – replace Launch Suffix to Process Complete Suffix and move video file back to Connection Folder

Reprocess Invalid Files
You can select any Red color-marked workflow and press this button to re-process all files with incorrect suffixes (_PS-F, _PS-R, _ERROR01, etc.)
Accepted Video Extensions
extensions that will be processed as video (.mp4, .avi, …)
Auto Capitalization Exceptions
you could add/remove some of them in case some definition are changed
Account Credentials

You can set as many credentials as you want.
Password
Default
The first account with Default marked will be prioritized. If you don’t mark any account as default then the first account listed will be used as the default account.

Default Constant Launch
If actual Launch Suffix was not set, by adding this suffix to the end of file name you will initiate file processing
Default Constant Complete
if actual Process Complete Suffix was not set, this suffix will be added to file name after file processing
Before Processing
Before processing, mark the original file with a character: if it’s set – copy of the original file will be created and renamed to OriginalName{character} before file processing
Monitor Subdirectories
watch for subdirectories changes as well as original folders
Skip Inaccessible Files
if file can’t be processed for some reason for more than X minutes – it will be skipped with appropriate message
